ME

Empowering Others

I was first introduced to yoga as a form of healing from scoliosis (abnormal curvature of the spine) around the age of 8. After countless braces, constant complaints, and limited flexibility and strength, I decided to truly dedicate myself as a student of yoga.

​

I completed my 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Michael Dynie and Janice DeFilippi at Astanga Yoga Ottawa. In 2018, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

​

I have a passion for genuine wellness, inside and out. This inspires me to advocate for yoga practices that are inclusive, sensitive and safe. 

​

For me, yoga is more than exercise. It's a source of empowerment.
